¿Que nos deparará el 2017? ¿y a nuestros vinos?
Si algo le queremos pedir al nuevo año es..nuevos y ricos vinos. Poder seguir degustando vinos all over the world!! Y que el clima del 2017 sea el más propicio para darnos una buena calidad de uvas y con ello unos vinos maravillosos.
Que siga habiendo proyectos de unión y de mejoras por el vino como es el caso en este 2016 de Autenthic Bierzo, donde un grupo de bodegas han creado un proyecto de equipo; introducir el Bierzo al mundo, para mostrar la singularidad de sus variedades de uva Mencia y Godello. ¡Nos encanta!
Poder probar vinos con métodos de vendimia única, como es el caso de Bodega Siam en Tailandia donde las uvas Shiraz, Chenin Blanc y Colombard son recogidas de sus viñedos flotantes. Todos ellos situados en el delta del rio Chao Phraya (25km de Bangkok):
Y como no...seguir rellenando nuestro libro de vinos (más adelante os lo daremos a conocer), de momentos, de experiencias y de sensaciones alrededor de una buena botella de vino. Conocer gente, sabores, lugares, culturas, tradiciones nuevas gracias al vino.
Por ello, brindemos, brindemos por un nuevo año que nos traerá muchas oportunidades, fracasos de lo que aprenderemos y éxitos merecidos. Brindemos por que todo sea rodeados de nuestra gente y llenos de amor, y sobre todo de BUEN VINO!
¿What about 2017?¿ and what about the wines?
If we want to ask something for the new year is new and good wines. That we continue tasting wines all over the world. And that the climate of 2017 will be the best one to give us a good quality grapes and with that we keep marbelous wines.
We hope they will continu making projects for the improvement of the wine, as the case of Autenthic Bierzo, a group of wineries that have joined together eager to work on a team project: introduced El Bierzo wines to the world, to show the singularity of its grape varieties Mencia and Godello. ¡We love it!
We will like to try wines made by a special grape harvest, like the Siam Winery in Thailand, where they collect their grapes Shiraz, Chenin Blanc and Colombar for their floating vineyard. All them located in Chao Phraya river (25km from Bangkok):
And of course... continued filling in our wine book (soon we will show you) about new moments, experiences and sensations around a good wine. Meet people, flavours, places, cultures and traditions thanks of wine.
For that, toast, toast for a new year that will bring us new opportunities, failures of which we will learn and deserved success. A toast so that everything will be with our people and full of love, and above all with a GOOD WINE!! Cheers!!
